Our Mission
The mission of Tri-County Memorial is to provide high-quality health care services to meet the personal needs and improve the health status
of the people and communities we serve.
Background
Tri-County Memorial Hospital and Nursing Home is a
25-bed Critical Access Hospital and 68-bed nursing home
in west-central Wisconsin's Trempealeau County. It is formally affiliated with the Gundersen Lutheran Health System, whose local medical staff serve the facility.
Trempealeau County is arguably one of the most scenic in the state, with towering bluffs above the Mississippi River to the south and rolling farmland to the north. In between, there is unmatched beauty and opportunity for a rural (but never isolated) life.
The primary communities we serve are Whitehall, Independence and Blair.
Each is a prospering community with excellent schools; active civic organizations and churches; public libraries and senior services; well-maintained parks and safe streets; and much more.
