Nursing Home

Tri-County Memorial Nursing Home is a 50-bed facility on Tri-County Memorial's third floor. No matter the length of time our residents are here, we make everyone feel as if this is their home.

At the same time, the Nursing Home is a place where vital daily healthcare happens. Our healthcare team of physicians, nurses, therapists and others staff the Nursing Home around the clock. We do this to meet our residents' healthcare, supportive and privacy needs.

The Nursing Home is connected to our Hospital and Emergency Department and all our other departments including Rehabilitation Services; Respiratory Care; Laboratory and Imaging Services departments. It also is linked to the Gundersen Lutheran - Whitehall Clinic.

Nursing-Home residents also are given the opportunity to participate in full slate of activities that include daily exercise; programs and concerts; worship services; and numerous community outings.

Tri-County Memorial Nursing Home is rigorously surveyed annually by the State of Wisconsin to ensure we provide the highest-quality care.
