A social worker is an integral part of our healthcare team in both the Hospital and Nursing Home. Social worker Beth Rohde helps patients and their families cope with the challenges and problems caused by illness or life changes.

As a Tri-County Memorial patient, you have specific and extensive rights and responsibilities. Beth hopes you understand these rights and responsibilities so that you can participate in your healthcare decisions.

Like all social workers, Beth supports your right as a patient to participate in making healthcare decisions. She provides you and your family information about advance healthcare instructions, including living wills, healthcare treatment directives and durable powers of attorney.
